Performance targets
 

The service works with Health and Social Care partners to achieve their targets for D54 / S102 performance indicators which is the percentage of equipment delivered and minor adaptations completed within 7 days of approval date.

The service also works to an internal performance target to achieve 80% of collections within 10 days of notification.
