Visitors are welcome during our opening times. No appointment is necessary but for those able to visit, it's worth checking in advance that the Archive is open.

Welcome to the National Jazz Archive website

The aim of the National Jazz Archive is to be the national repository and research centre for printed material, photographs and memorabilia relating to jazz.

The scope of the collection is jazz generally with the emphasis on British publications, however foreign works, particularly American are also collected.
