The Council's property portfolio, worth over £2.2 billion, is widely spread throughout the County which includes schools, libraries and day centres.
It is the job of the Council to make the best possible use of all the properties with value for money and at the same time meeting the aims for the community of 1.3 million people, which covers an area of around 3,465 square kilometres.
