There are three laws that give you your right to know.
The Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) gives you the right to see information we hold about you.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) gives you the right to access information we publish and other information we hold.
The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) give you access to information held by us relating to the environment such as the state of water, air, animals and plants.
