John Ray House is a handsome neo-Georgian building which makes a superb setting for a wedding ceremony.
Your guests approach through attractive paved gardens and a stone colonnade which provides an impressive background for photographs. The Marriage Room has a magnificent vaulted ceiling with ornate white plasterwork against a dark blue background. Pale pink walls are complemented by a specially made matching pink and blue carpet and blue chairs. The ceremony itself is conducted against a striking panelled backdrop, offset by silk flower displays with seasonal themes.
