Social Care Direct is the main contact number for anyone wishing to contact Essex County Council Adult Social Care. The operators on this number can offer advice or assistance on services available, and can arrange for an assessment to be carried out for yourself and/or your carer.

Lines are open 8am - 8 pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 12 noon on Saturday.
