We run a number of courses on traditional building techniques and materials, including seminars and hands-on courses. Most are held at the historic site at Cressing Temple.

We run many courses throughout the year on traditional buildings, materials and techniques. These are divided into seminars (which are mainly lecture based, and usually lasting one day) and hands-on courses (which are very much practical events, lasting from one to three days). Note that sometimes these latter courses include a lecture element, which can usually be booked separately.

Details of how to book one of these courses, and a contact for further information are shown in the courses document. Unless otherwise specified, these courses are held at Cressing Temple, an historic property owned by the county council, between Braintree and Witham.
